You Exceeded our expectations!

Have been pleased with the cleaning service provided each week. Additional tasks are requested and completed on the day (ie. Cleaning blinds or cleaning windows) as the cleaner arrives prior to us leaving for the day. Any small tasks missed are quickly rectified (ie. Cleaning the glass hob fan extractor) and not forgotten again.
Other than that, she is very pleasant, gets along with the dogs/cats – remakes the beds if I don’t do a “hotel” job on them !!!! Has even folded laundry – so uses initiative as well. Always tidied up after herself and leaves the dirty rags and mop head folded up nicely in the laundry room for me to wash. It is a pleasure to come home on Wednesdays.

Just a quick email to say that my husband and I are thrilled with our cleaning lady Bilyana. Extremely professional with a sweet manner at our introduction yesterday - and she did a wonderful job with our flat. We look forward to having her on a weekly basis.
