How long in advance do I have to book a cleaning session?
We need at least 24 hours to organise the end of tenancy cleaning. Sometimes it might take longer but we will advise you what is the earliest we can send cleaner to you.
Will you be able to send two or more cleaners?
Yes. We can organise team of two or three cleaners on request.
Yes we do. All the cleaner go through training program with supervisor.
Will you clean the oven inside?
Yes we will. This is part of our services, we do not charge extra for this.
Can you defrost my freezer?
Yes we can, on some occasions we might ask you to switch off the freezer before the cleaning start.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes, we do. Our team works 7 days per week.
Do you charge extra if I need the cleaning to be done during the weekend or Bank Holiday?
No we do not charge extra during Bank Holidays and weekends.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all post codes within M25.
Can you clean the carpets at the same day?

Do you charge per hour?
Yes we charge per hour per cleaner. The reason for this is that we do not want to charge our customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay on the day of the cleaning cash or cheque upon completion of the service. We also accept debit/credit cards. Please note that 4% charge may apply for credit card transactions.
Are your prices subject to VAT?
Yes, our prices are subject to VAT. Final price will be provided before you place an order.
