I just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful cleaning job yesterday. The Bulgarian guy who turned up was lovely – very pleasant and helpful. He did a thorough cleaning job and managed to get rid of all the stains in the carpet. One was clearly visible as he left, which I was concerned about, but he said it would probably be ok once it had dried and he was right – it had completely disappeared this morning.
